Your finished keepsake is beautifully packaged and returned to you.

Every bear is individually handmade from your supplied clothing. Pattern placement will vary depending on the fabric, making every Memory Bear truly one of a kind.

Please note that bears made from delicate, stretchy or heavily worn fabrics may require stabilising interfacing to ensure durability.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unworn and returned in their original condition.
Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

Personalised or custom-made products (unless faulty)
Items that have been worn, washed or damaged after delivery

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. We'll work quickly to resolve the problem.

Gorgeous bear quick delivery and great communication

This product has arrived in amazing speed and perfect condition, it has come even more perfect than I expected. Tracey was happy to give advice on what fabric went best and how she would do it. 100% will order again, and so pleased my granddaughter loves it

I ordered 2 memory bunnies to mark the celebration of having our foster kids for a year. I chose some of their favourite items that they have grown out of this year and the bunnies turned out amazingly, so very very cute. They arrived and they were honestly better than I could have imagined. They brought a few tears when the were opened and are now the new fave soft toys. Tracy's service from start to finish was fab and I will order again, the kids are already thinking about their next ones 😊

Absolutely beautiful and such a special keepsake for my daughters following the loss of their grandparents.
