Thank you for shopping with Tracy's Big Little Stitches. Every item is carefully handmade or selected from our ready-to-dispatch stock and packaged with care.
Product Availability
We offer both ready-to-dispatch products and handmade-to-order items.
The availability of each product will always be clearly shown on the product page before you place your order.
Ready to Dispatch
Items marked In Stock are dispatched within 1 working day.
Handmade to Order
Items marked Handmade to Order are individually made especially for you and are dispatched within 5–7 working days.
If your order contains both ready-to-dispatch and handmade items, we will normally send everything together once your handmade item is complete. If you require your in-stock items sooner, please contact us before placing your order.
Delivery Options
Standard Delivery – £2.00
Estimated delivery: 2–5 working days after dispatch.
Express Delivery – £3.00
Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch.

Regardless of the courier used, your parcel will be sent using the delivery speed you selected at checkout.
Tracking
Where available, you'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Information
Delivery estimates begin after your order has been dispatched. While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timescales, delays caused by couriers, severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances are outside our control.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order, as we cannot be responsible for delays or additional charges caused by incorrect address details.
