At Tracy’s Big Little Stitches, every item is lovingly handmade with care and attention to detail. We hope you love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In its original condition
  • Returned with any original packaging where possible
  • Free from marks, stains, pet hair, smoke or perfume

Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide return instructions.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalised or custom-made items, unless they are faulty or incorrect
  • Items that have been worn, washed or damaged after delivery

Return Postage

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we have made an error.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We take great pride in the quality of our handmade products.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible by offering a replacement, repair or refund where appropriate.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you require a different size, colour or product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
