Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn and returned in their original condition.
- Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide return instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
- Sale or clearance items
- Personalised or custom-made products (unless faulty)
- Items that have been worn, washed or damaged after delivery
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. We'll work quickly to resolve the problem.
